A new partnership with Grand River Valley鈥檚 Laurello Vineyards provides hands-on experience for students in 91香蕉视频 Ashtabula鈥檚 viticulture and enology programs, including the production of a new 91香蕉视频 Ashtabula wine label, made from Ohio grapes in the Grand River Valley. A riesling and a cabernet blend were released in December.

As men were leaving civilian employment and entering the armed forces during World War II, 91香蕉视频 was one of 22 universities to offer a 60-hour course in cartography for women willing to make maps for the war effort. Bea McPherson, BS 鈥�43, took the course, went to Washington, D.C., and has recently been honored for her pioneering work.
