The ASD Certificate Program is an interdisciplinary program between Special Education and Speech Pathology & Audiology. This certificate program prepares students for understanding and addressing the needs of individuals with ASD across the spectrum and over the lifespan, in varied contexts including general and special education classrooms, and community settings.

Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BISC) Certificate

Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BISC) Certificate

The BISC program concentrates on the theoretical orientation and practical applications of applied behavior analysis. In addition, the Behavior Certification Board, Inc. (BACB) has approved our course sequence as meeting the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Examination (BCBA).

Early Intervention (EINT) Certificate

Early Intervention (EINT) Certificate

The EINT Certificate Program provides students with the skills and knowledge to work with young children with disabilities (birth to age three) and their families. The EINT Program utilizes the Division for Early Childhood’s Recommended Practices for early intervention personnel development that are family-centered, evidence-based, and provided in the family’s natural environment.
