91�㽶��Ƶ allows master's students to work on two degrees concurrently, and undergraduates can pursue early admission to a master's program. The following are approved for students in the School of Information:

• Master of Science in Health Informatics, Knowledge Management or User Experience (M.L.I.S./M.S.) -- These options are considered “informal,” but are available.  Contact the iSchool Office at ischool@kent.edu or 330-672-2782 if you are interested in this option that allows students to share credits between two master's degrees.
•  – Students can take up to nine credit hours of graduate level courses in their senior year of undergraduate study, counting the courses toward both their undergraduate degree as well as their graduate degree. 

The School is part of an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in the College of Communication and Information. Curriculum begins with core courses in communication and information and then becomes more specialized. You have the opportunity to create your own combination of courses based on your master’s degree background and research interests from across the College, drawing on the strengths of all faculty and schools.
